SerializationException for "Maximum number of items that can be serialized or deserialized in an object graph is '65536'. Change the object graph or increase the MaxItemsInObjectGraph quota.".

I met SerializationException when getting 200 records of Contact by SOAP API. And its suggestion is "increase the MaxItemsInObjectGraph quota".

Could you please show me where I could find this config and how to increase it?
