I have a prospect where the contact has more than one email. How do I in SDFC make sure that my histori with the customer is not lost, when adding a second emial.
e.g.
Start: the customer has a @gmail.com and we have traced it for ½ a year.
Wish: The same customer would like to add her company email.
What happens to Eloquas tracking of the @gmail.com if I replace it with the company mail in SFDC and Eloqua?
