same domain but not all contacts received the campaign

Hi,

  we are creating our first campaign with Eloqua and we tested using a segment that include 3 people, sent the campaign to our company emails, but not all received the email.

What can be the issue?

note: the campaign was send only one time, no one is unsuscribed.
