Position Description:

The Marketing Operations Sr. Analyst is a critical member of the Omnitracs marketing team, serving as the technology lead for digital marketing programs including, but not limited to, digital demand generation, marketing automation, website management, and search engine optimization.

 

Responsibilities:
• Leadership and execution of technical components of demand generation programs.
• Create, test and troubleshoot campaign set up, architecture and processes in marketing automation platform.
• Create and manage demand generation and lead referral web forms.
• Lead and execute marketing automation platform integration to Salesforce.com and public website (Drupal)
• Serve as administrator and vendor liaison for marketing automation platform
• Support digital marketing programs (pay-per-click and digital banner ads) by creating and managing web forms, landing pages, integration/mapping and reporting.
• Implement and manage end-to-end lead lifecycle management reporting
• Serve as webmaster for public website, overseeing website design, architecture, and functionality
• Manage and update Omnitracs marketing intranet site
• Other duties as assigned

 

Skills/Experience:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua and Marketo preferred), to include campaign design, implementation, SFDC integration, and reporting.
• Previous Salesforce.com Admin experience preferred
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus
• Ability to run Google analytics reports
• Salesforce.com reporting
• Knowledge of setting up web-to-lead forms for external website
• Understanding of lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting
• Knowledge in database management and subscription management
• Experience collaborating with third-party agencies and contractors
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment
• Team player
• Attention to detail

 

Education background

• Bachelor’s in marketing, communication, digital marketing or related fields required
• Master’s degree preferred
