we can calculate number of softbounces via program builder by incrementing the count whenever softbounce happens. But i want to calculate the consecutive soft bounces. Can anyone provide the logic to calculate consecutive softbounces. The filter criteria can be 'softbounce in last one hour' AND 'not opened any email from the time of last softbounce'. Am not clear how to specify the condition 'not opened any email from the time of last softbounce' because we can only specify the duration of opened email with in static dates or no.of weeks,days,months or hours but we can give the last softbounce timestamp dynamically. we have a requirement to calculate consecutive softbounces, if count reaches three we will master exclude those contacts.
Can anyone suggest the solution.
