Hi Everyone,
I've recently been working with a digital agency partner to help review our sites for SEO and other optimizations. As part of this review, they've noticed our Eloqua forms submissions are loading EXTREMELY slow --> 9.28 seconds, 9.15 seconds of that was latency. We've been testing these submissions using an HTTP Monitoring tool, and can see that there is no in-between processing that could be adding latency since the form posts directly to Eloqua. Is anyone else still (almost a year later) having issues and/or how have you rectified this?
I'm pretty sure there still isn't a feature in E10 like there was in E9 to have in the "processing" image while the form submits (Is that right??? I can hardly remember E9 at this point ) that is, without doing custom coding for form submission buttons as noted above), so it gives us limited options as marketing users on how to assure people don't abandon or re-submit the forms while they wait.
I'm certain we're losing conversions over this, so I am anxious to hear what others have to say. I'll also be submitting a support case, but thought I'd see what others are encountering as well.
Thanks!
