Turn off Simple EMail campaign default?

Is there a setting with the new release to turn off the simple email campaign default? We need to add contacts to programs, often setup emails for multiple international time zones, and need to filter based on countries. Basically, our email sends are never simple. Can I reset the setting somewhere to go to the Multi - Step Campaign?
