How to get the time zone of the DateTime values in Eloqua?

Hi all,

When I was getting data from Contact or some Entity types else, I found that the DateTime strings are not UTC times or my local times.

Because after some data was updated, its 'DateModified' value looked like 5 hours before the exact UTC time, so I guess that the Eloqua time zone is (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). But I couldn't make sure.

Is -5 the right number? Would it change considering the user profile or the location of the services machines?

Is there an API that could show the time zone?
