Remove from campaign using blind form...

I'm building a campaign with about 9 emails. At each stage, I want to have two links - on to allow the recipient to either unsubscribe to all emails (easy enough), the other to unsubscribe to that particular campaign.

I think a blind form submit is my best option that would redirect to a landing page saying 'You've unsubscribed to the campaign', but I'm not sure how I should set up the processing steps or how I can ensure this is captured in the main campaign canvas.

Does anyone have any experiences of this, or any suggestions on what I can do?
