So far the only way I've been able to figure out how to send a Responsive email is to code a Responsive HTML template by hand, including one-off Header & Footer.
If I turn on the Eloqua Header & Footer it seems to put a wrapper on the email that breaks the Responsive code.
Has anyone figured out how to use the system-provided Header & Footer and still have the emails look great on mobile & desktop?
