How can you creatively leverage Opportunity fields in Eloqua considering that you cannot modify or add any?

As of right now, Eloqua has the following fields that come standard on the object:

1. Account Name
2. Close Date
3. Created Date
4. Opportunity Name
5. Currency
6. Opportunity ID
7. Territory
8. Stage
9. Amount

What ways have you been able to skirt this restriction in Eloqua?
