Email status switching to invalid

Hi all.

I'm a bit confused by some behavior within Eloqua. Every couple of weeks my email address is flagged as a hard bounce and I have to go in and reset my status. I test all of my emails both by the test function and 'send to a contact'. For each test, I open the email, click links, etc. So, engagement isn't an issue. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks!
