I've been doing some homework lately to make sure that I'm using the most up-to-date advice on email design to maximize engagement.
We use mobile friendly templates (Mobile Friendly Email Templates in Eloqua) and we make sure to follow the best practices like repeating the call to action and making sure to get to the point of the email above the fold. But there is one thing that I still haven't figured out and I'm wondering if anyone has; is it possible to create an email that doesn't use a fixed width and the text wraps naturally?
Every normal one-to-one email works this way, the text is a default size and it wraps to the next line according to the window the reader is using to view the email. Eloqua templates don't seem to be able to mimic this free form email design.
