Manager, Marketing Automation Solutions Overview:
The Manager, CRM Systems & Marketing Automation is responsible for successfully managing, advancing and delivering CRM solutions using Eloqua and Salesforce to meet the business objectives of Chamberlain College of Nursing. This position is within the marketing department and the role personally contributes to the technical deliverables throughout the project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute innovative business solutions using marketing automation and related technology to support CRM goals.
- Collaborate with partners across Chamberlain to understand business needs and develop business requirements for new initiatives, leading to successful project outcomes.
- Drive adoption of CRM and marketing automation solutions through training across business and with the sharing of best practices across institutions.
- Analyze performance data and drive optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for marketing automation and CRM systems (Eloqua and Salesforce).
- Work with IT and business leaders to map and prioritize features in technology roadmap(s) for Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Oversee all aspects of our marketing automation campaigns, including planning and programming, creative development, data syncs and segmentation, and reporting & analysis.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in a CRM/marketing technology/marketing automation role.
- Expert level working knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation systems. (Eloqua 10 Master preferred; Marketo, SilverPop considered)
- Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience leading teams to deliver successful results.
- Ability to prioritize work and analyze interdependencies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs.
