Eloqua and Salesforce Integration Question - Assign Lead to specific person

I have a list of contacts I need to push over to a campaign SFDC, they want all the leads created from the list assigned to one Salesperson.

Is it possible in Eloqua to assign that or is it something done on the SFDC side?

I tried setting the owner ID and Salesperson field in Eloqua but that did not work, still assigned to the Eloqua user in SFDC when the lead is created.
