Hi!
Anyone out there with experience classifying leads across new (net new) and existing (nurture) leads? We are a BtB software company working globally and currently distinguish our leads as follows:
Type | Definition | % (of total leads) |
New Leads | New companies i.e. net new companies
New Contacts / Prospects | New contacts on existing prospect Accounts
New Contacts / Customers | New contacts on existing customer Accounts
Nurture Leads / Prospects | Existing contacts from prospects who re-visit their interest in our company/solution
Nurture Leads / Customers | Existing contacts from customers who revisit their interest in our company/solution |
Do you use similar classifications? Would you recommend other ways?
What is your best performance in terms of share of total?
Look forward to hearing comments, suggestions and best practices. Thanks in advance!
