Shared List Integration with CRM?

Hi TL,

Can shared lists be integrated with a CRM platform?  I'm hoping to be able to have master shared lists that i can use to create segments that include other contact/account criteria.  i would need the master shared lists to consistently update in Eloqua just as our segments do today.
