We are developing some fairly complex Nurturing campaigns. The key element is that a user will receive different emails based on both behavior as well as responses to form questions. I am getting hung up on how to do this on the campaign canvas.
For example:
- User gets Email #1 and clicks to the landing page.
- Form gives options A, B and C.
- If she answers 'A', then she will get Email #2A
- If she answers 'B', she will get Email #2B
- If she answers 'C', she will get Email #2C
- If the User never clicks in Email #1, she will get Email #3
- If the User never clicks in Emails 2A, 2B or 2C, she will get Email #4
We are starting with a very specific segment of users. If I use a series of 'Compare Contact Fields' boxes to match the answer to the Form question, does that only apply to the Segment on the Canvas, or will it pull in ANY contact matching that criteria? There are also subsequent emails going to users based on click activity as well. Can I represent all this on a single canvas?
Any guidance is most appreciated.
