Hi Eloquans -
We are in the beginning stages of creating a leads queue in SFDC based on Eloqua activities. One of our initial concerns is how to avoid sending over "junk" leads to the sales team. For example, we get several form submits from each campaign from competitor/advertising contacts and we would not want to send these over to sales. Is there a way to filter them out before the sync?
Also - any tips/best practices on getting started with a leads queue & process process would be greatly appreciated too!
