Hi, Eloqua Team!
My company has a serious problem with the Eloqua 10 Blind submit forms. Please help!
We're using a program which sends batch emails. After the emails dispatch, we wait 1 day for customer's answer. Then we check with decision rule if the contact has submitted a form.
In the emails we use links with blind forms submission. For their building we used the following post: "http://topliners.eloqua.com/community/do_it/blog/2011/02/11/eloqua10-trigger-multiple-actions-with-an-email-click-through-via-blind-form-submit".
Everything seemed to be just fine. I saw reflection in the form's submission data immediately after clicking on any of the email's links. The problem is in the program that I'm using. It never recognizes if the contact has submitted the blind submit form. Every time after passing through a decision rule (Has the contact submitted a specific form ?), the contact always continues to the "No" path. Basically we use enough long period of time for activity reflection in Eloqua (more then a day). We're also using the option "Re-try decision rule every mins per hours" but there is no change.
Please, let me know if you met a problem like this. Any info would be of help. If it's needed I'll give you detailed explanation on the idea of our program flow.
Thank you in advance!
