Logical filter for Bulk APIs does not work

Hi all,

I tried to use filter for getting data of Contact and Account by Bulk APIs.

When using a single Comparison expression, it works well. But when trying to join 2 Comparisons together with AND, only the first one works, but the second one seems to be ignored.

I'm sure that my expressions are correct, because when I change any part to be wrong words, I would get '(400) Bad Request' exception.

Any suggestions?
